OUR PROVIDERS
I’m Maylin Rodriguez, a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). I graduated Magna Cum Laude from Saint Thomas University and bring both medical expertise and a deep understanding of mental health to my practice.
Fluent in English and Spanish, I create a culturally inclusive environment where patients feel respected, supported, and truly heard. I provide evidence-based psychiatric care tailored to each individual, helping with conditions such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD, and more.
My approach blends compassion and professionalism. I stay up to date with the latest research and best practices in psychiatry to ensure safe, effective, and personalized care. My goal is to empower you toward improved mental health, resilience, and overall well-being.
I’m Ivette Dieguez, a dual board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC, FNP-C). Since 2021, I’ve been helping adults 18 and older care for their mental health through medication management and individual therapy. I work with people experiencing anxiety, depression, insomnia, ADHD, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and more. I also speak Spanish, and I’m passionate about creating a safe, supportive space where you can feel comfortable, understood, and empowered in your journey toward wellness.
I believe everyone’s journey is unique, so I take the time to really listen and understand your story. Together, we’ll create a plan that fits your needs and goals, and I’ll be here to guide you, encourage you, and make sure you feel supported every step of the way.

Welcome to MI Dynamic Medical Group LLC. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, in-office services, telepsychiatry services, and SMS communications. 2. Medical Disclaimer & Emergencies
Our services are intended for outpatient psychiatric care and are not a substitute for emergency medical or psychiatric treatment.
If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, call 911 immediately or go to the nearest emergency room.
Do not use email or text messaging to communicate urgent or emergency matters.
3. Eligibility for Services
To receive services:
You must be at least 18 years old, or
A parent or legal guardian must provide written consent for minors.
You must be physically located in a state where our providers are licensed at the time of service (for telehealth).
4. Appointments, Cancellations & No-Show Policy
Patients are expected to arrive on time for scheduled appointments.
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a no-show or late cancellation fee, in accordance with our office policy.
Repeated missed appointments may result in discharge from the practice.
5. Payment & Insurance
You are financially responsible for all services rendered.
We accept insurance and self-pay patients.
Copayments, deductibles, and self-pay balances are due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made.
Insurance coverage is not a guarantee of payment. Any balance not covered by insurance is the patient’s responsibility.
6. Telepsychiatry Services
Telehealth services are provided through secure, HIPAA-compliant platforms. However:
Technical issues (internet outages, platform disruptions) may occasionally occur.
MI Dynamic Medical Group LLC is not responsible for service interruptions caused by third-party technology providers.
Patients are responsible for ensuring a private, secure location during telehealth sessions.
7. Confidentiality & HIPAA
We are committed to protecting your privacy. All protected health information (PHI) is handled in compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
